PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICY

Production Time

All items are custom made to order. Most custom orders are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the product and design complexity. Custom sneakers generally require a minimum of 14 business days from the date of order. Production begins after mockup approval and does not include shipping time.

 

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you have a firm deadline.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Final Sale Policy

All custom orders are FINAL SALE due to the personalized nature of our products.
